Well, this is actually some remade version of a really old meme. The guy's name has been changed from Gary to Bill for some odd reason, and the exhange of insults in the end is way more chatspeak-ish and exaggerated than in the original version.

This post below has got to be made by the most horrible human being that hasn't yet run his own small dictatorship:

How did this guy get kids to begin with? Based only on this post he obviously is not fit to take care of children if he is a child himself. It probably is all a joke, and an attempt at shock comedy, but the guy who thought that saying all of that as a joke would be funny is also not fit for children either. So do you take his kids for the safety of the kids and let him win, or do you make him suffer and risk the safety of the kids? I don't think that either would make much of a difference. He had 3 kids already, what's going to stop him from having more?
