Bot on the rail server

I thought we were pretty tight with bot-protection on the servers. So how did he manage to use it?

We don't force anticheat.dll on people by default.  (This would exclude Mac, Linux, Win 9x, Win ME, and (i think still) Windows 64 bit users.)

However if we see gameplay that looks suspiciously like walling or aimbotting, then we'll selectively force-require anticheat.dll on an IP or subnet.

64 bit XP/Vista is supported in the latest builds.

I have NEVER claimed someone was cheating. I've been accused of it (hey, if you follow me around a corner & then get shot, it's your own fault) but I never accuse someone of cheating unless I 100% know.  So far I haven't played against anyone I could claim that (don't play much though).

I just happened to play on Railz, when Gee was there.  His movement was horrible and yet was getting 1000 fph.  Which isn't hard on the railz server at times, but usually the person can walk in a straight line.
