put the beer down. do you know how many calories are in that? not to mention how it slows your metabolism. seriously people as overweight as you should NOT be drinking.

lol I weigh about 240 and im 6'2 rofl, I have 440 pounds of pig iron in my basement I work out with every other day--mind you I can only press 280, but im working on it. As for medical advice Krez, thanks for it, to return the favor if you ever see someone of my size pissed at you, my best medical advice would be run.

I dont doubt the 240, but 6'2 my ass. If you were that tall with that gut you would be around 270. Im 232 right now at 6'3, and my bodyfat is atleast 20% less than yours. Thus if I did have your bodyfat percent I would weigh around 285lbs

It's been a while but I'm back into my training. I wanted to lose weight first before I signed back into a gym.

My new Master wants me to join the competition team and is buying all my gear for me in anticipation that I will join. http://kees.ca/

Grand Master Ha was the coach for the Canadian Olympic taekwondo team in Athens 2004 and would be my coach if I train hard enough.

Heh all this time sitting at the computer playing around and just basically vegging has left my hamstrings so unused that my first class back I really pulled my right one bad as I nearly took off one of the instructor's heads while kicking a blocker. Went too high on a kick and it hurt bad. I'm super stoked to be back in it though. Can't wait for my competitions where I can do stuff like this:
