I think there is an easy answer. #1 Quadz is not the government, although I don't suppose he'd make a bad government.

#2 Private Property rights are also protected under the constitution.

So when someone other then the government tells you to shut it, you're rights are not getting violated. They are using their rights to say shut it, while you're using the same rights to be annoying.

On private property the owner can tell you what or what not to say do or hear otherwise you have to get off their property. If you were thrown off public property based on speech you have a case. If you're thrown off private property then learn some respect.

Are these servers run by the gorvernment? No. Then the constitution does not apply.

So then to answer the question about cracker and wigger. I avoid both words myself, except when listening to grunge music at which point I really like that song Low by Cracker. However I don't know many people that have a problem with either word. I could use them in a sentence without lowering my friends opinions of me. However I can not use the original word in question with anybody I know without lowing their opinions of me. So how about this for a rule. (not a rule for the server, but a rule for yourself to avoid future confrontations in any situation) If what you say would lower other people's opinions of you, then decide whether that's the kind of person you want to have a low opinion of you. I mean in most cases you could say "well that's their problem!", yet in this case it was an admin, and therefore a lower opinion resulted in a mute.

Would you use the word in front of your boss or parents? That's not political corectness, that's politeness.

amazing. i feel i am being stalked by this 'console' character. i am owning zeitgeist 1v1 and i hit my bind (i had changed it to run kickr0 run, but for some reason it didnt save in my cfg). Anyway console send me another private message, telling me to stop. Like he just happened to be there at the right time. i dont think so, I think i am being stalked

Anyway i continue owning zeitgeist, and like 3 minutes later i get another private message from console telling me that bind has no place here, despite the fact i didnt hit it again after i noticed it didnt get saved in my cfg.

this is rediculous, just let people play the damn game.

Your excuse of "for some reason it didnt save in my cfg" is hard pressed (IMO) to be taken seriously from your previous posts in this thread, nothing more than a troll.

If you need to be taught how to write and save cfgs there are many here who can teach you how(on the very slim chance your excuse is real)

Best way I have found is to edit the cfg directly (in notepad) and save it, I have run into several incidents where unless I exit via the menu the cfg doesnt always get saved.
