cook at low temp and learn to time it right so you only flip it once, throw in 2 kinds of cheese, shrooms, green peppers, and tomatoes and you will be straight.
lol flip? D; i just move the fork around in the pan till it start setting, (the eggy stuff), but it gets scrambly and nowhere near flippable.
I don't even need a spatula, newbs.
