October Directx9.0c Update for those that missed it no WGA check!!!!

Yes direct to you many many optimizations less need for aliasing and much more optimized(must be heavily assemblized).  Much more precise but I find I get stuck on edges a little bit more.  Runs even fast on old machines and new machines even faster the best direct x update in a very long time if you have never updated your direct x this should include about 3 or more updates.  Have Fun!!!!!!

Why would you see a difference in a ten-year-old OpenGL game?     The only way Quake2 could be affected is if the input handling facilities were modified.  A DirectX update will not affect Q2 visuals at all.

I can't even imagine.  Sometimes I'm glad Quetoo hasn't been ported to Windows yet.  It keeps the bogus bug reports to a minimum
