I played a couple of 1v1 matches last night, and also late last week. On the whole my butt has been kicked badly but last night I managed to have a couple of reasonable games on dm3 (the only map I have a clue about).

Anyway, I would just like to say thank you TastySpleen!

Reasons:

1) Not just running dm1 on the 1v1 servers - yeehaa!
2) Providing a superb ping and connection (considering I am on modem in the UK).
3) Most of all, being a great community with very little bad behaviour

BTW having never played 1v1 before the one thing I have found a total surprise is how effective the hyperblaster is (for suppresive fire). I do believe I might even have got a frag with it ... Even more amazing is that I don't get lagged out when it's used!
