Yes, the q2player.org community died because of the way people conducted themselves on the forum. It had nothing to do with the person providing servers and the website ceasing to do so.  By the way, isnt it pretty idiotic to make an assumption of how people back on q2players.org acted when you never actually saw the website?

Well Art, when you use the word "imagine" one could only come to the conclusion that you never did infact see the website. I wouldn't see why someone that actually saw the website would need "imagine" anything about how people conducted themselves there.

Q2p was great in some ways, but it was never meant to last.
The whole community was rotten from within; it was just a matter of time before it would fall apart.
Tastyspleen, however, despite all the similarities, stands a pretty damn good chance for survival (at least, as long as people like quadz call the shots).
