I used to play both CTF and LMCTF, and loved it.  But that was many years ago now, and I wouldn't even know how anymore.    I can remember using the grappling hook and hiding way up in a dark corner of some castle wall and zooming in on people with the rail before they even knew what was going on.  That was before people really knew how to brighten up shadows in the game. 

It was fun, and who knows...maybe some day I'll put in a little time to do it again.

heheh camping in CTF is not only permissible, but expected.  As a team, part of your job is to protect the flag.  That would kind of necessitate  posting sentrys here and there, or, in your world, campers, lol.

I was glad to see that you had a ctf server. About the only one I know of and play on with any number of people is axes4all in the Netherlands. With the time difference, you better get there early or its empty. Maybe we could build up a little ctf community here.

Fragging people as they run to get a weapon, railing them as they spawn.

I would call that camping.

Fragging people from a distance as thay stop to scratch their ass, making the most of the opportunity.
