I would really like to see some European TS servers.
I love Ts, but i find it hard to fit in when the only way is to play with 250 ping! -.-

And also a "other games" Place where people could discuss other games then q2. Maybe with subsections like DooM, DooM 3, Rage, other.

There's some Polish server I've seen TS players playing on. It's called oldschool I think and it's linked onto TS' goto server list. Try playing on there sometime when it's back up.

It's "goto oldschool" and "goto awaken" for an openffa and awakening server. It was set up by LocaLocaLoca, and is located in Germany.

I was more thinking of a Tastyspleen.net::Europe server. not some random server which is  linked!
Would i be allowed to start up some TS things in EU? Or will i get Sued?

Sounds like a bad idea to me. The nice thing about TS is that it brings ALL players to one place where they can have a nice, big free for all. If the ping was unbearable to the Euro players who frequent TS, they would be playing on the already existing ffa servers in Europe.

Heyo! Is it possible for the guru to make the servers not load big maps when few players on?

Just a suggestion, not demanding anything, not a huge problem either...

...but Dr. Q, you might wanna go through the list of servers in WallFly/goto and remove the ones that are offline and basically dead links. I tried going to several of the obscure ones just for the hell of it, and none of them were online apparently (nygang2, rotamods, several others). It would help to keep the goto list a little shorter and easier to read for people in the console window.

Good idea. Nonresponsive servers should be filtered out now.
