The only servers on Q2remaster are whatever are in the lobby when you look for internet games in the client. They are all what used to be called listen servers. These are servers that host multiplayer games from within the game console with the host as a player. The q2remaster game does not allow classic server hosting, so nope, no dedicated servers host remaster games. The remastered content is copyrighted so the only remastered content is what you bought when you bought the Steam distribution.

Q2repro will access q2remaster content, I think, and you can launch q2repro clients at a classic server and see that content in game. I have very little experience with Yamagi so I can't say what its capabilities are.

you can delete maps folder in pak0.pak file with pakexplorer and join q2servers.com/vanilla servers using improved character/weapon models with quake2 repro.

q2repro and yamagi remaster support quake 2 remaster by nightdive content. Im just wondering if anyones hosted any actual dedicated servers running only the remastered content though specifically dedicated to it.
