I've been saying it for a long time. The big 10 gets overrated in the preseason, then that overrated value just gets passed around in house since they don't play anyone out of conference. It happens every season. Nebraska is the biggest example. They're ranked in the beginning then big 10 teams all get boosts in the ranking by beating them. All of their teams are overrated to an extent, and it's why they have the most ranked teams at the end of the season. Those are the ones that absorbed the most of the value.
