Dedicated server options?

I'm trying to set up a dedicated server for Quake 2 that I'm running at a local con.  I got it running with a batch file I set up, but it seems that when I run it the match never end and goes to the next map.  How do I add options to the config so that there is a score/time limit and a maplist?

Hm, I have set the fraglimit and timelimit, but it still doesn't end the match after either of those have hit.

What gives?

Use rcon or the server console to verify timelimit and fraglimit are set to expected values.
What mod are you trying to use?
