I've been playing under a four digit alias recently and I am getting called cheater it seems a lot now so I downloaded the DDL. Says to place it in the Quake 2 folder which I have done though /aclist doesn't show me having it. I am using the Q2Pro from q2s.tastyspleen.net

nvm I downloaded the q2pro.exe and dll from the website. y'all watch out now. Losing to me you can't claim I am cheating no more.

No, I've always wondered whether or not you cheat. Thanks for downloading anticheat so I can observe you now and finally lift this burden off my mind.

New to the forum yes but not to playing Quake 2.
I am mostly on Tastyspleen DM server.

I decided to dust of my mouse and play some Q2 the other day and my video was screwed up. The Q2 screen was only half of my display screen.
I tried to adjust some settings but it never was right. I could make it bigger but then I would lose the bottom.
I noticed today that it "couldn't exec r1g1.cfg"
Do I need to delete and re-install R1Q2 ?

Reinstalling could work. Personally I use the Q2Pro copy.
