use crosshair 43 in that pak and you'll get a white dot

I am on BeOS, I don't have pak explorer... BUT if someone could do something while they are editing it for me: I like crosshair 2 from the pack the above poster has shown (I believe it IS the small white/green +). (since I can only use 1,2,3 from the console)

What I am asking, it would be a big favor but really helpfull. The attchment "pak9.pak (small red circle dot)", plz take crosshair 3 from that one, the crosshair 2 from this one http://tastyspleen.net/quake/forums/index.php?topic=1871.0, and crosshair 43 from that one, and make it as the file "pak9.pak (very small crosshairs)" and have it in your forum attachment! 

So it should be as: crosshair 1, be the small +, crosshair 2, be the small red cirlce, crosshair 3, be the small white rectangle.

Then, I'd like to submit it to bullseyecrosshairs after!

Oh yeah, one for thing, the crosshairs all should be for the center hand (hand 2) and be aligned properly to it.

Not sure I undersood what you meant with crosshair 2 from the pak i linked to, as that doesn't have a crosshair 2. So most likely you had the crosshair 2 in some other pak in your folder

Anyway, I added the white dot into a pak along with the red circle + dot. As crosshair 1 it's just a white cross as of now. Point me to what crosshair you had in mind and I'll add it.

Thanks for that work... that white dot xhair is awesome. But the +, I wanted the one with the green accenting instead. The crosshair 2, yu may have been confused. I was talking about from the console... you know how you do this:
crosshair 1
crosshair 2
crosshair 3
those commands switch them around. If you get that huge crosshair pack and just rename it as pak9.pak and you can only use xhair 1-3 in that pak. Once it's loaded load a map and type in 'crosshair 2' the cross that I wanted will show up. Thanks-u

well, as I said: the crosshair pak doesn't have any crosshair 1-3. There are only crosshair 4 and up to 70+ in the crosshair pak, no crosshair 1 - 3. So the crosshair 2 has to be in some other pak of yours

Now that I've watched the whole demo, I can see that rail more in context. In this Team Match Purri was assigned to guard the rail area specifically. He worked the Mega health and scooped up any railgun to keep it away from his opponents. He also killed opponents in the near area and always kept a line of sight of the top area over to the exit to the super shotgun. He was constantly scanning that spot where you dropped down from the invul or came through there on the way to the rocket launcher. So with a person of his accuracy it was just a matter of time. In the up close demos it actually looks like a miss, but he just caught the edge of the bounding box.

i was on dm the other day, it was on dm3, i rocket jump up, grab the rail and invuln, went to jump down, missed the platform and landed straight in the lava

I've been pushed into the lava (after grabbibg invul) by a nice, cleanly executed super shotgun blast at close range.
