Maybe Element knows the answer to this. I believe it was in the Polish Frag Fest 2 highlight video, or maybe in one of Bubkez's highlight videos, but there was a version of the edge, that had launch/jump pads instead of elevators. And the walkway down from GL towards upper RL was see through. Anybody know what map that is? It looked really sweet.

I'm pretty sure the q1edge_gen.bsp file is intended for use with the generations mod.

the standard version should go on the mutant rotation! it's so classic and custom all at the same time!

If Id software isn't making a "new" game, they should make a generations mod game where the doom guy vs q1 guy vs q2 guy vs q3 guy vs quy on each of the games' maps. Doom guy is fastest, followed by q1. etc..
