Some asshole had to learn this the hard way. Guy flipped me off in traffic, feeling like a big shot. So I followed him for fifty miles and he was shitting bricks. We finally get to his house and he rushes out of his car and sprints into the house. Dude was skinny fat. I just sit in my truck, blocking  his car in his driveway. About 5 minutes go by with this bitch peeking out the blinds, and finally a police cruiser pulls up. Cop comes to my window and asks what happened, and I explained I got flipped off and take shit from no one. Cop looks at my arms and asks if I work out, and I say yeah. He threw his chest out a little and says me too. Then he goes up to the house and talks to the guy. Cop comes back and says I scared the pants off the guy. Cop tells me I should just take off. As I'm backing out the cop gave me a very respectful nod.  I just drove an hour but I don't shit from anyone.

Not sure why you'd want to boast about being insecure, unless this story is a trolling attempt.  The cop sounds like a bigger idiot than you in this story.  Cops aren't allowed to decide what laws to follow/not follow, criminals do - so if this is true, there's a seriously screwed up cop out there.  What you did was a criminal act, and I'm surprised the cop didn't file charges on you for the victim.  Then again, it's not like I'm too surprised though, there are dirty cops everywhere.  Just surprising to hear someone boasting about intimidation and having a cop agree with said person.

Personally, I hope you're joking, because otherwise if this story really is true, you are really screwed up as a person and probably aren't going to be alive much longer if you act like this in real life, i.e. there are far bigger, badder animals than you out there.

Sat in the driveway like a creep.  Oh, ya that's pretty damn intimidating.  I think(and that's even if your story is halfway real) that this either ended you in chasing after him for some time and then you veering off at some point or if you're entire story is true, you got lucky as fuck.  Lucky as in this is one didn't pull a firearm on you.  I hope if this happens again(whether in your dream world or not), the next guy runs into the house and pulls out an ak-47 or the sort and doesn't hesitate to rip you and your car into shreds.  Now that would be some funny shit
