Racist DM spammer "Krogulce" needs a mute

I don't know who this "Krogulce" idiot may be but, he deserves a temp-mute atleast if he acts up again around an admin. He sat in spectator on DM for hours upon hours yesterday, spamming racist insults aimlessly, while going on about how much he hates Americans and the U.S.. No one was paying attention to him and he kept going on non-stop. Someone even asked where an admin was to mute the guy, but unfortunately, no admin showed up. Keep an eye on this guy, if he continues, he definitely needs a mute in my opinion.
