Speed of Chain & Hyper

Hello,

I've noticed a few times some ppl talking about the rate at which their chain & hyper shoot at, I thought it was the same for everyone, until I experienced it today, I am sure the guy I was playing with, his weapons were shooting quicker than mine.  Is this possible? how?

Thx for reply.

I thought the same thing.  I was pinging 10, this guy 49.  I had 50 ya, 100 health, I was down in 1-2 sec, & with no armour less than 1 sec easy.  Something didn't feel right.  It seemed odd to me.

Some people aim hyper and chain a lot better than others, even that can give that effect. Most cases(definitely this one) it would just be either luck or ping/lag from the hyper.
