Vae: I referenced playboy because he uses hyper blaster similar to me and not many do in usa.

Sorry if you are in the category of people who consider frequently running away spamming hyper blaster behind them as their best option. I don't blame you and I believe you, I'm sure it is your best option. But, it's tough for me to support something that digresses an already digressive USA meta game, despite your play being content within this digression.

Hyper isn't necessary on the ra2 server. I only suggested limiting the cells under the circumstance that it was a very popular idea.

For you Random:

Please pardon the wretched overtones that will be found throughout this letter, but Random r. faggot (bundle of sticks) doesn't know everything. I would like to start by discussing Random's contrivances, mainly because they scare me. The thing I'm the most frightened about is that if anything, Random has, at times, called me "homophobic" or "refractory". Such contemptuous name-calling has passed far beyond the stage of being infantile but harmless. It has the capacity to assail all that is holy.

The last time I heard Random ramble on in her characteristically bibulous blather she said something about wanting to glorify the things that everyone else execrates. I feel sorry for the human race when I hear stuff like that. I indisputably intend to keep writing letters like this one until she changes her ways. But I digress. She wants to reward mediocrity. It gets better: She believes that she has a fearless dedication to reason and truth. I guess no one's ever told her that I'm not an abusive person. I'd like nothing more than to extend my hand in friendship to Random's helots and convey my hope that in the days to come we can work together to empower the oppressed to control their own lives. Unfortunately, knowing them, they'd rather drain the national fisc because that's what Random wants.

Random wants to make our lives miserable. Is this so she can mobilize support for the special interests that dominate state and private activity, or is it to censor by caricature and preempt discussion by stereotype? You be the judge. In either case, every time she tells her subalterns that people find her unrelenting, over-the-top hostility rather refreshing, their eyes roll into the backs of their heads as they become mindless receptacles of unsubstantiated information, which they accept without question. I sometimes joke about how only picayunish lugs are capable of imagining that she can achieve her goals by friendly and moral conduct. But seriously, she can't attack my ideas, so she attacks me. It could be worse, I suppose. Random could lash out at everyone and everything in sight.

Difficult times lie ahead. Fortunately, we have the capacity to circumvent much of the impending misery by working together to restore the temple of our civilization to the ancient truths. A small child really couldn't understand that Random's insipience disgusts me. But any adult can easily grasp that if we foreground the cognitive and emotional palette of Random's mutinous diatribes rather than their pathology we can enter vitally into her world. Why do we want to do that? Because Random's favorite buzzword these days is "crisis". She likes to tell us that we have a crisis on our hands. She then argues that the only reasonable approach to combat this crisis is for her to plunge us into the dark abyss of annihilation. In my opinion, the real crisis is the dearth of people who understand that if anything will free us from the shackles of Random's wanton convictions, it's knowledge of the world as it really is. It's knowledge that prudence is no vice. Cowardice—especially her deplorable form of it—is.

I lost all respect for Random when I heard that she plans to make life less pleasant for us for a variety of reasons. For instance, her ebullitions are based on hate. Hate, antagonism, and an intolerance of another viewpoint, another way of life. We must learn to celebrate our diversity, not because it is the politically correct thing to do, but because Random is squarely in favor of vigilantism and its propensity to shame my name. This is so typical of Random: she condemns bigotry and injustice except when it benefits her personally.

For years I've been warning people that Random plans to brand me as amateurish. However, that's not my entire message; it's only a part of it. I also want you to know that Random's personal attacks do not represent progress. They represent insanity masquerading as progress. She actually believes that she's a saintly figure—philanthropic, noble, and wise. True, Random has a right to her opinion. In her mind, she also apparently has a right to be an oppressive blackleg as evidenced by her endless attempts to hurt people's feelings.

Random is locked into her present course of destruction. She does not have the interest or the will to change her fundamentally vile fulminations. As far as I'm concerned, one of the great mysteries of modern life is, Where do we go from here? I wish I had a lot more time to answer that question. Unfortunately, the following comment will have to suffice: There is absolutely no evidence to support Random's accusations. End of story. Actually, I should add that if we were to let her get away with making people weak and dependent, that would be a gross miscarriage of justice. As I have indicated, one of the bewildering paradoxes of our time is the extent to which Random is willing to subvert existing lines of power and information, especially given that she herself would be affected by such actions.

If you can go more than a minute without hearing Random talk about animalism, you're either deaf, dumb, or in a serious case of denial. I feel that she has insulted everyone with even the slightest moral commitment. Random obviously has none or she wouldn't sell us down the river. I act based on what I think is right, not who I think is right. That's why I try always to make plans and carry them out. It's also why I say that Random just keeps on saying, "I don't give a [expletive deleted] about you. I just want to grasp at straws, trying to find increasingly grotesque ways to waste everyone else's time."

Random does not merely bowdlerize all unfavorable descriptions of her histrionics. She does so consciously, deliberately, willfully, and methodically. She blames others for her delusional deeds. Random vehemently denies that, of course. But she obviously would because she has remarked that the cure for evil is more evil. This is a comment that should chill the spine of anyone with moral convictions. To make sure you understand I'll spell it out for you. For starters, in any decent society, Random would be just another possession-obsessed, uncontrollable propagandist standing on a streetcorner braying her nonsensical diatribes from atop a soapbox. Nevertheless, she has managed to gain some credibility among impetuous, rambunctious conspiracy theorists because they relate to her message that going through the motions of working is the same as working.

If I had to choose between chopping onions and helping Random utilize legal, above-ground organizing in combination with illegal, underground tactics to pollute the great canon of English literature with references to her self-pitying, hideous monographs, I'd be in the kitchen in an instant. Although both alternatives make me cry, the deciding factor for me is that we are at war. Don't think we're not just because you're not stepping over dead bodies in the streets. We're at war with Random's dimwitted equivocations. We're at war with her sadistic treatises. And we're at war with her power-hungry beliefs. As in any war, we ought to be aware of the fact that any rational argument must acknowledge this. Random's disagreeable, stuck-up casus belli, naturally, do not. Lastly, for those who read this letter, I indubitably hope you take it to heart and pass this message on to others.

ALSO, a few other things to complain about cuz you suck cock:

Perhaps you'll pardon me if I write this letter in a more personal vein than usual. I want to tell you about some personal perceptions of mine, primarily because I'm not going to respond to Miss Random isA Cocksucker, Sr.'s false-flag operations beyond saying that Random's hypocrisy comes out when she denies that she surrounds herself with dangerous converts to cannibalism. For those of you who like to eat dessert before soup, my conclusion at the end of this letter is going to be that Random says that she wants to make life better for everyone. Lacking a coherent ideology, however, Random always ends up scrawling pro-negativism graffiti over everything.

Random keeps missing my point. More specifically, she keeps getting hung up on my words without seeing the underlying meaning. For example, when I say that all I ask is that Random play by the same rules as the rest of us, Random seems incapable of realizing that what I'm really getting at is that some people have indicated that there is a cost, a cost too high to calculate, for messing with the lives and livelihoods of thousands of people. I can neither confirm nor deny that statement, but I can say that our path is set. By this, I mean that in order to bear the flambeau of freedom, we must step back and consider the problem of her capilotades in the larger picture of popular culture imagery. I consider that requirement a small price to pay because Random's backers are quick to point out that because Random is hated, persecuted, and repeatedly laughed at, she is the real victim here. The truth is that, if anything, Random is a victim of her own success—a success that enables Random to cause frightful subversion to gather momentum on college campuses.

If you understand that I have always lived my life by the mantra, "A good person will restore the temple of our civilization to the ancient truths", then you can comprehend that the time has arrived to make a choice between freedom and slavery, revolt and submission, liberty and subservience. We must choose wisely, knowing that if we break the neck of Random's policy of tammanyism once and for all, we can live as truly free and empowered human beings. If, however, we let Random smear people of impeccable character and reputation, we become little more than fearful, broken dogs condemned to exist in a world of tendentious Trotskyism. Her hired goons are lower than gormless, balmy lunatics. They are subhuman, peevish bottom-feeders. Those who support their sophistries or help create the patronizing, cranky atmosphere needed for them to foment a radical realignment of industrialized economies should realize that Random has a morbid fascination with all that is inferior, debased, deformed, dour, and biased. Am I being too harsh for writing that? Maybe I am, but that's really the only way you can push a point through to Random.

Imagine getting a dollar every time Random said she wouldn't destroy the sovereignty of all nations and every feeling or expression of patriotism but did so anyway. You'd indubitably be very, very rich. Her true goal is to hijack the word "deintellectualization" and use it to silence critical debate and squelch creative brainstorming. All the statements that her proxies make to justify or downplay that goal are only apologetics; they do nothing to dismantle our nation's entrenched system of corruption, patronage, and fetishism.

Random's hidebound schemes have given birth to a completely new subspecies in the human race: Random isA Cocksucker hangers-on. This is a curious animal that tends to disregard established wisdom and listen exclusively to what Random has to say. When Random says that she can make all of our problems go away merely by sprinkling some sort of magic pink pixie dust over everything that she considers insipid or improvident, they all repeat that statement like parrots. They refuse to believe that when one examines the ramifications of letting Random crush the will of all individuals who have expressed political and intellectual opposition to her whinges, one finds a preponderance of evidence leading to the conclusion that our top priority in the upcoming weeks must be to knock some sense into her. Look, of course that's going to be tough. Anybody who tells you it's going to be easy or that one can wave a magic wand and make it happen hasn't been paying attention to how Random operates. Nevertheless, it is not uncommon for Random to victimize the innocent, penalize the victim for making any effort to defend himself, and then paint the whole iscariotic affair as some great benefit to humanity.

Although Random demonstrates a great deal of ignorance and presumption when she says that she is cunctipotent, the fact remains that false denials, pleas for sympathy, and a base campaign for smearing others with her own crimes constitute her whole method of defense. Do I blame society for this? No, I blame Random.

What if we collectively just told Random's forces, "Sure, go ahead and pervert the course of justice. Have fun!"? That would be worse than bloody-minded; it would deface a social fabric that was already deteriorating.

Okay, now it's time to offend a few people. Actually, I hope not to offend anyone, although a free and open society should be able to tolerate a diversity of beliefs and practices, even when they are at odds with Random's wretched flimflams—perhaps especially when they are at odds with Random's wretched flimflams. It may be obvious but should nonetheless be acknowledged that there's an important difference between me and Random. Namely, I am willing to die for my cause. Random, in contrast, is willing to kill for hers—or, if not to kill, at least to spread ignorant views. She can't help it; she just loves to put a dysfunctional spin on important issues. Teenagers who want to shock their parents sometimes maintain—with a straight face—that it's okay if Random's half-measures initially cause our quality of life to degrade because "sometime", "someone" will do "something" "somehow" to counteract that trend. Fortunately, most parents don't fall for this fraud because they know that Random's partisans insist that Random's posse is looking out for our best interests. This is precisely the non-equation that Random is trying to patch together. What she's missing, as usual, is that she extricates herself from difficulty by intrigue, by chicanery, by dissimulation, by trimming, by an untruth, by an injustice.

Random's inarticulate, frowsy game of chess—the hectoring chess of propagandism—has continued for far too long. It's time to checkmate this antihumanist power broker and show her that she appears committed to the proposition that her views are correct, self-evident, and based on fact and reason, while other people's positions are not just wrong but illegitimate, ideological, and unworthy of serious consideration. If you were to get a second opinion from someone who's not a member of her plunderbund, however, he'd of course tell you that Random's cause is not glorious. It is not wonderful. It is not good. Many people are incredulous when I tell them that Random intends to wage a clandestine guerilla war against many basic human rights. "How could Random be so perfidious?", they ask me. "It doesn't seem possible." Well, it is undeniably possible, and now I'll explain exactly how Random plans to do it. But first, you need to realize that on a television program last night I heard one of this country's top scientists conclude that, "This kind of thing makes me wonder whether we've ever moved past flagitious Lysenkoism at all." That's exactly what I have so frequently argued, and I am pleased to have my view confirmed by so eminent an individual.

It is hard to decide what is stronger in Random: her incredible stupidity as far as any real knowledge or ability is concerned or the raffish insolence of her behavior. If she manages to repeat the mistakes of the past, our nation will not endure as a civilization, as a geopolitical entity, or even as a society. Rather, it will exist only as a prison, a prison in which ultra-disorderly tossers give me reason to run for cover. If there is one truth in this world, it's that what we're seeing is a domino effect of events that started with her stating that she's morally obligated to create profound emotional distress for people on both sides of the issue. That prevarication incited her collaborators to rip off everyone and his brother. Indelicate vendors of Dadaism reacted, in turn, by making my blood curdle. The next domino to fall, not surprisingly, was a widespread increase in snobbism, and that's the event that galvanized me to tell everyone that Random cannot be reformed. It may be more correct, however, to say that she motivates people to join her nihilism movement by using words like "humanity", "compassion", and "unity". This is a great deception. What Random really wants to do is "solve" all our problems by talking them to death. That's why Random attributes the most distorted, bizarre, and ludicrous "meanings" to ordinary personality characteristics. For example, if you're shy, she calls you "fearful and withdrawn". If, instead, you're the outgoing and active type, Random says you're "acting out due to trauma". Why does she say such things? The best answer comes from Random herself. That is, if you pay attention to her bloodthirsty apothegms you'll really notice that Random thinks I'm trying to say that the best way to serve one's country is to inaugurate an era of headstrong, slimy libertinism. Wait! I just heard something. Oh, never mind; it's just the sound of the point zooming way over Random's head. To end this letter, I, for one, would like to make a bet with Miss Random isA Cocksucker, Sr.. I will gladly give Random a day's salary if she can prove that the majority of destructive simps are heroes, if not saints, as she insists. If Random is unable to prove that, then her end of the bargain is to step aside while I provide an atmosphere of mutual respect, free from scapegoatism, miserabilism, and all other forms of prejudice and intolerance. So, do we have a bet, Random?

Let's put this to the player test.  The daily/regular players are the ones that always vote it on, therefore it should be on automatically.  Doesn't matter the reasoning behind it, if we like it nowadays, just enable it.  It's not like it's the BFG or anything, that would be stupid in ra2, and no one ever votes it on (I think it's disabled anyway).

This issue is akin all people in a certain county voting for marijuana legalization, but having someone running the county veto it, even though it got 100% of the vote.  We don't really need others doing the deciding for us.  If we like it, put it on!  :>

the only thing here that needs to be limited is the amount of characters used in a single post....you guys write an entire novel of a post holy shit

What you said already happens though ex. And i'd vote yes in-game to hyper being voted any day, not to mention it could be one of my best weapons. also, in general hyper is just kind of amusing in ra2.....when it's not the default.

i rarely use hyper. i only use it if i see a weakness in a players playstyle, that i would benefit from it's support from my use. it's just another option for me. like vae said. it's like rocket spam. you run into it.. it's your fault. it's outgunned by chaingun in most situations. limiting the cells? i can agree with that.

no less than 100 though. no more than 150. everyone has fast connections now. i highly doubt the servers today can get lagged up from this weapon. it's a purely situational weapon anyways. i think it should just be there if me or anyone else wants to use it, at anytime. which rocket arena is the core of. all weapons given. it's all about using the right weapon, in right situation.

the problem with voting is that it's a nuisance, all that time wasted adds up. nobody worry's about sets like rick said. it should be like 50 matches and then the map switches. 2dum, i could agree with that. By not  eliminating the maps in case players want those maps. but there should be a "preferred rotation". (make a map vote poll) meaning that it can be que'd up regularly.

if someone wants another map they could vote for it. so everyone's happy :smiley_feet:  :smiley_acbe:

So, do we have a bet, Random?

the only thing here that needs to be limited is the amount of characters used in a single post....you guys write an entire novel of a post holy shit

Actually, you're the one who is retarded as this was completely intentional.  ex and haunted know it was a fucking generator you fatfuck.  I love random, he's always been my #1 bitch, so I did this as a joke(which you failed to recognize and it was very evident).  It's called a complaint letter generator: http://www.pakin.org/complaint/ and the "girl" part was intentional as random is a lil girl.  So go jump off the nearest bridge, thanks.

If anyone thought Rick actually wrote all this, congratulations, you are a retard. All he did  was paste this from somewhere and change the name throughout. It looks like it was originally intended for a girl. Rick you are a waste of life rofl gtfo

LIKE I SAID

If anyone thought you actually wrote this, then they are retarded. Just because you used a generator rather than copy paste makes no difference. Stay owned Rick, couldnt fool the almighty 2d.

and no, ex fell for it like a the dum fag that he is rofl

Back on topic: Has a night been confirmed for this? My routing goes through Montreal before going to TS (stupid routing!) so I usually ping ~120 to TS. I am not as good as I think I could be, but I would be good cannon fodder for you guys :P

Would love to play some more RA2

I don't worship the devil. Jesus is Lord, friend. He died for your sins. He will forgive you if you just ask.
