Not to really make a big issue of it, but...

ex seems to attract his own team mates shot gunning him off ledges..

This is getting annoying.  2dum did this for 3 maps in a row (last hour & 1/2) last night and would intentionally get/try to get me killed by shooting me into enemies and/or get himself killed while being an idiot in this fashion.

Not sure if anything can really be done, and I don't hate 2dum so I don't want him banned or anything, but it's getting to the point where I'm switching teams just to avoid his horseshit.

Highlights:

  Got the game up to 4v4 on average
  played  26, 9, 27
  rk and his dog straz missed out
  ex may have to start using performance enhancing drugs rofl


  A reminder: to spec, hit tab-->create new team-->scroll down to mapname-->do not press enter -->press backspace
     *note, this only works if competition mode is voted off
  for new players: rocket arena spawns you with every weapon and ammo, places you on one of 2 teams, red or blue, and lets you rocket jump.

 Summary: Decent game for tuesday nite

  lots of players showed up, new ones too (crater, mikey, int,)

ra2 mod is the most whacked out crap ive ever seen. Why not just modify a tdm server to have weapons stay and have all weps on start? it would be so much cleaner imo

its just dumbed down quake

nothing wrong with it, entertaining in its own way... it might promote camping, but at least MOST people just get bored and rush to keep it interesting

doing weapon stay on a tdm server would mean respawning, and with the give all approach that would be bad... zerg rushing with CG to fight over a camp spot would be the whole point of the game since the person who wins the fights has no way to put the armor back on that they lost

Bad idea, wouldn't sell to tdm'ers since control is the name of the game, and all-weaps at spawn would defeat that idea completely.

Plus the maps is what ra2 is really about.  Could you imagine something like Fack's arena on tourney4?  And where would you even place the weapons on a map that size?  lol....

  20-30 players joined over the course of the nite. Lots of players for tuesday.
  Nubcake was seen flying off from rooftops.  ...
