Wow, we need add some life into this mod/forum. So, here is a little video I made today of some replays all done by me "Nephi". The video doesn't look like too much but actually a lot of work went into it. Tell me what you think of my jumping and my editing skills. Enjoy!

when i try to record something at speed with fraps, say on slideays and you go really fast, for some reason it seems fraps can't handle the speed and starts laggin?

I'll try and decipher what you said here. I know your pain though, it takes so much tweaking to get FRAPS and Quake 2 to be compatible. Especially if you're using high-res texture paks like I was. For me, I had to scale R1Q2 down to 854x480 pixels. I originally wanted to record it at 1920x1080 which is how I usually play, but the laggyness was atrocious. Cl_async 1 worked much better for me than "0". I often had to restart quake 2 if I kept alt-tabbing out of it because it would get choppy for some reason. Also, make sure you're not recording in full screen mode, that helped a lot. Just record it in windowed mode.
