Uh..... I take it the parachute that was supposed to prevent that from happening was the thing we saw fluttering in the breeze just after takeoff.

What is the thought process there? What is it about increased altitude that will prove flat earth theory that being on the ground won't or can't? You can be just as big of an idiot down here. In fact I think this proves something significant: that the idiocy of a person can sometimes be accurately measured with an altimeter.
