my mouse actually wont click when i flick it too fast some times so i do that a lot

I always noticed that rocket jumping was more difficult to do in Q2 than in the other Quakes. Maybe it just seems that way because of the slow weapon switch, but you just don`t get "as high".

Use it in conjunction with a grenade for extra height

You can also do one while dbl jumping off an object, or while going up an incline/ramp for extra height.

What cheat are you using? That certainly doesn't look like standard quake.

You know; the standard wallhack + toggled aimbot / bendyrail hax. Also, there's the weapon stoppers.

Spike models, aimbots, and wallhacks are cheats.

Brightskins, alternative ammo / weapon skins, and different textures + skies is not cheating.
