Was hearing updates on the office radio from an AM News station every few minutes. The normally stoic sounding reporter was quite animated by his amazement in the games last few innings. He almost raised his voice an octave but had some water, cleared his throat and regained his composure.

There is no time for TS when game 6 of the WS is on - you need to give it your total attention. 

Really? Can't say I remember being online, guess i was though. I couldn't tear myself away from the game dude.
I just can't believe this, one out from being the World Series Champs TWICE and still lost !!!
Game 7, really I just can't believe it. Although if your not rooting like all hell for the Rangers it was one hell of a game for sure. I just hope we can pull it out tomarrow, seems like they really do better every second game after switching cities.

Game 7... really... wow... I'm so super surprised that happened... because it's not like stadiums make more money off of 7 games than they would off of 4 games.

Having a Game 7 is definitely great for the team and city of St. Louis.  St. Louis has been forcing their employees to take a week of furlough days every year but with all the money made from the World Series they said they won't have to do that this year.  The mayor said the city clears about 500,000 for each game played. 

Back to Baseball - These are the type of games I thought I would see in this series - high scoring, exciting games. 
The Rangers losing lastnight blew my prediction of the Rangers in 6 

A game 7 in St. Louis could go either way.  The Rangers are going to feel the pressure, especially since they were there last year and lost.
I hope the Rangers pull it off, but I'm thinking St. Louis has the momentum to take it.

St. Louis goes from barely making the playoffs to winning the world series.   

They got hot the last month of the season and kept it rolling through the playoffs.

It was handed to them by Texas last night. Texas had it won twice but just gave it away both times, props go to the Cards though, played one hell of a game.
Although I do love how strong the Rangers played, they still greatly disappoint me. I feel they we're the better and the fact they had it won twice in game 6 proves that, just so disheartening to see them completely let it all go away with only one strike left.

On a side note though, the ump was really biased, what was a strike for the cards was a ball for the rangers pitchers.
Even the announcers commented on it.

Really should photoshop this to include Baseball too. :/
