i think q2 friday's are perfect. i wouldn't change the day, but if Alex needs it to be a different day then i'm sure everyone will follow. personally i think sundays would be better, but it may conflict with other streaming stuff. BTW, congrats Jehar on the raise and the new place!!

LOL Quad BFG, well over the years, I have seen 2fers thru 8fers, and more than half the time the shooter ends up killing himself. Or in another comical way, a quad BFG user tries to fire it, someone rails him and he ends up hitting a wall or a ledge, quad-Bfg-Fail!

If I recall, one of the peculiarities of the BFG is quad damage only affects the strength of the rays, not the final blast itself. (The latter of course also being dependent on line-of-sight between attacker and victim!)

The speed of the BFG bubble is 400, so I guess that computes to 40 units per frame. I think that's about the same speed as a running player. The ray damage is helped by longer exposure to the rays and the explosion damage is 200. The damage radius is 1000.

it's slow because it has a ray damage factor. if it was faster that damage would be negligible
