In need of socks4 proxy lists ;) (And not for ban evasions)

Let me re-word that...need a reliable socks 4 proxy list so I can surf the net protected...I don't want someone able to get my IP and do damage etc....my last post was a joke jab at railwolf and the whole ordeal that went down yesterday...I've got important documents on my CPU that I try to keep protected at all costs ....so keeping myself hidden on the net is one way I like to keep myself protected...<3 quadz

proxy's are useless to use in your browser anyways imo, it makes your internet run extrmemly slow. you can get programs like hidemyip but once again it slows your internet right down. best way to remain protected is a good av like avira, a decent firewall like comodo or zone alarm, and a good malware scanner like emisoft anti malware (previously known as a-squared). you also can use programs like glary utilities, ccleaner and advanced system care to remove all the junk from your pc. In the end as long as u have a good av and a decent firewall even if someone does have your ip it wouldn't matter, cause they couldn't do anything with it

list of shit programs people claim are good but are useless

malwarebytes (overhyped piece of rubbish, low detection rate)
AVG (useless imo, go avira)
anything with norton in it
windows firewall or windows defender (anything made by microsft)

Google can give me 20 unreliable lists all day long....and I don't feel like testing 30+ pages trying to find a somewhat reliable, constantly updated list.
