Since ur good in modelling, is it possible to make a skin with a face resembling an actual persons face (or near resemblance)?

The old intro (the one used up until a few seasons ago) had front, back & side views of most of the characters. If you've got a DVD of the show you can get frame grabs from that, but it's the old animation style from the first season. Better of the two intro's imho.

In the 3D gif's his head looks to elongated above the eyes, but besides that it's pretty good.

Yes! The likeness will be more striking depending on the features. Obviously, the more pronounced the better.
