First of all, as i have told anyone, i have never botting in quake2 servers.
I am just a regular person, without any skills about botting.
saying like: 'you stiill not using anticheat idiot'.
After all, i got knowing that my antivirus was blocking the anticheat, so i fixed that.

Once again, i would never do that (botting).

first of all bullshit, you were botting, u were even trying to re configure it during play, so don't be so fucking stupid as to try and make people think u weren't. second of all u said u attempted to download r1q2 and use it, well that is bullshit. u only used ac when it was forced onto you, if u knew how to fix it a few days before hand u would have done it, and not to mention the fact since your forced ac u r playing no where near what u were before hand.  But anyways i will leave u alone from now on as long as i know u r playing legit

I know someone who's used NoCheat for years, who DOES NOT cheat.
So... shut yer pie hole with that sort of unhelpful blanket assertion, or I'll modify WallFly to force NoCheat on you.

lol well... people i have seen who use nocheat always end up as hackers... player on the tdm servers everyone thought was legit for the longest time, i kept telling him to ditch nocheat and he wouldnt... guess what? WALLS lmao shit like that is too funny cause its so predictable

and people from the past sure... everyone has just about switched over to anticheat though, if some one shows up with nocheat, you tell them its broken and they need to switch over to anticheat, if they show up with nocheat again then they are using hax

if some one went through the effort to set up a nocheat client to actually show they were legit, then they should have no problem doing the same to show they are legit with anticheat

I see his point though. True, not EVERYONE using NoCheat clients are cheating, but many people do use a version of it that has a modified video driver with the ability to wallhack. There are other modifications out there that mimick NoCheat with an aimbot. Like Vae, I don't completely trust someone's word that they aren't using one of those versions when they show up with NoCheat, neither does Derv, and that's why I'm pretty sure he has ALL NoCheat clients blocked from playing on iR servers.

i somewhat agree. when i came back to playing q2 online after 5-6 years of not playing, i didn't even know an anticheat even existed. when i was told about anti cheat i started using it, i asked about no cheat and the difference and the reply was that cheats were made to get around no cheat. so people are aware that no cheat is obsolete yet still choose to use it to somehow show they r legit, well i reckon if they r legit they can make the upgrade to anti cheat
