Rails server is locking up and booting people

The server is locking up during play and booting all the players.  it has done this numerous times in the last 15 minutes.

earlier it was very laggy especially around the spawn pads. i just played a few rounds and seems fine now

Can we ban these bots in DM and other servers that just spam bad jokes non-stop? I tried to join earlier and it took me 15 minutes to get in because there were about 10 of them connected
