leviathan/eumnx: up for admin please

I would like to have admin simply for the opportunity to add maps that i make as they are sync'd. If anyone approves, I could continue removing 'delete_me' and 'leviathan' times from scoreboards, and making blocks in any maps that may have unscrupulous sc's because of the maker's indiscression. Either way, discuss.

e.g. Using your admin powers to add more time onto a map you want to finish even though your time vote fails? (yes, this happened last night)


I personally don't think you're a good choice at all, sorry.  Personal experience.

Isn't Nephi admin now?  He's there pretty regular and can add maps I think if you ask him.  He seems like a decent admin, you should take note.

Huh?  santher hasn't had admin for, like, a year or something.

Oh, so you guys are admins for multiple servers? I did not know that.

Most of the jumpmod admins have been jumpmod-only.  haunted happens also to be in the tourney referees group.

BTW, one thing I've been considering to help with adding maps:

  - move current admin level "2" to "3"
  - create new admin level "2" with addmap capability

Then, level "2" admin can be given to pretty much any players who are map uploaders, so they can do the addmap themselves.

It's in place now (after some troubleshooting of the config file with leviathan.)

Uh, I would never agree to allow unexperienced players to add blocks. Even I couldn't handle it i guess. Adding a box requeries a big responsibility and understanding... A wrongly blocked shortcut might make map unpleasent.


You can't compare Wireplay maplist and tastyspleen. Every second map is unplayable on tastyspleen (2 seconds, 3 second maps, a maps without any ideas, etc...). But ofc Wireplay also got such maps.
