LOL, thanks M^tster, no need to be sorry for my Thanksgiving Dinner. I was out partying the night before and didn't have time to make my dinner before work. The cafeteria was closed due to the holiday and everything else closes down as well. I usually head out to my oldest brothers house for the holidays where he and his wife do the deep fried Turkey thing. If you guys have never had a deep fried turkey you simply must try it. It is by far better than the oven roasted type. mmm mmm.

Anyone here ever had a Turducken? It's a Turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken, and if you really wanna go all out, you can stuff the chicken with a quail.

For those who celebrate it, I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving. And for those who don't I hope you had a great day anyway!

Ummmm... deep fried turkey! Good call, Svet -- one of the best ways to do turkey. No equipment for that this year, so we butterflied it and cooked it on a rack in the oven over a pan of stuffing.

The cool addition this year was a melon salsa to replace the cranberry relish. Honeydew, Cantaloupe, watermelon, and fresh pineapple all peeled and small diced marianaded half a day in the fridge with lime juice, chopped cilantro, and two jalapeno peppers de-seeded and fine diced. Sounds funky but boy does it taste good!
