I actually have not smoked for 2 weeks, just trying to get next months suplies. I feel better since I stopped the analog cig, have been smoking for a decade.

There's always Redman chew to get the nicotine to ween you off. Being that it's so fucking gross, you won't want to do it. And if that's not gross enough, try the Cannonball bricks of old fashioned REAL chewing tobacco. Have a barf bucket handy.

I dunno though, I quit for a couple of months after using that Camel Snus to ween me off, then started back again. I figured I'd use the Camel Snus once again to ween me off a 2nd time, but then I went and fucked up and started buying actual cans of Grizzly and Copenhagen snuff. Now I'm hooked on snuff more than I was hooked on cigarettes.

I can tell a difference in my respiratory health though. I can now push my wheel barrow from the creek at the back of my yard up the hill to the garage without feeling like I'm fixing to pass out anymore. I haven't completely stopped smoking though. Occasionally I'll bum one off my roommate to smoke with some coffee in the morning.

Has pretty stellar reviews.  I actually bought this book for $10 or so (was on sale) back in 2008, with intentions to give it to a friend that was smoking.  I still have the book, but still plan to give it away.  Will probably give it to someone I know personally.

Might consider purchasing a used copy of this though.  Apparently the success rates of people that have tried it are quite remarkably high.

Like I said, I don't smoke anymore. I quit that. I am now, well, addicted to e-cigs - the Kr808d-1 to be specific. It has been great to me. I wake up grab my cig just like always, then i sit here and veg with it for 4 - 5 minutes. Feels like smoking. Took a couple of days to get used to, but now I don't notice. Only thing is is that there is somewhat of a learning curve. Focalor, I'd suggest trying it.
