Help wtih Forcing Player Skins

I usually play Team Deathmatch, sometimes I forget which side I'm on and end up shooting my teamates often. Is there any way to force skins on Quake2 using any client so that no matter what, I'm always female, and my teamates are always female and my enemies are always male no matter what skins they choose?

I've played around with cl_noskins in r1q2 but that forces all players including teamates to be male/grunt.

Any ideas?

The tourney servers have an option to force skins so one team was one thing and the other team something diff, but is was turned off due to players complaining about what skin it was or some such stuff. Stock Q2 doesnt have that option (I beleive). Once this round of tourneys is over we can certainly revisit that option.
