um, I dunno where she gets her info, but Dizzy is a bangin hot canadian woman, Quadz is a benevolent giant of a californian and Pantaloons has been playing for years on TS (and I'll bet one of the old timers has met him in person)

Filing a lawsuit in the United States also requires a person or corporation to demonstrate that they suffered some form of harm, due to the actions of the other party.

Even if something illegal was going on in Tastyspleen, you'd have to be harmed by it to bring a suit, and nobody in the entire community has any leg to stand on when claiming that this free service that has been provided to them for years and which they've chosen to use, has harmed them in any way.

The only one who could even think of claiming that they'd been harmed would be the guy paying hundreds of dollars a month to have to listen to this bullshit.

I gotta think that Quadz knows damn well she can't legally do anything. Maybe he just wants her to think that he believes her to keep her quiet and make her shut the fuck up. After all, if he doesn't have the overrides anymore, she can't have anything further to bitch about. Maybe she'll just go the fuck away for good and we'll all live happily ever after.
