Anticheat failing to load?

every now and then, ill connect to a server and it says im not using anticheat, i check with aclist and yup its not working, so i go into avg's virus vault to restore it like usual, and its not there.. turns out its still in the q2 folder just fine and i just have to reconnect and it will work

im guessing its failing to load for some reason :/

Anticheat fails to load... and you guess that it fails to load for some reason. Like I said, I think it's wonderful that they let people like you post here.

ive added exceptions to all my anticheat.dll files in my different quake2 folders, still marks em and puts em in the vault avg fails in that respect...

but aside from that, this problem is even when avg doesnt take the anticheat.dll file, its still in the quake2 folder, it just wouldnt load :/ its really annoying having to reconnect for it to work whenever it does that, and its doing it more and more lately
