from demos to videos

i wanted to convert a demo to a video but i dont know how  ,i tryed fraps but it dont seems to work in windows 98 (and i tryed the aprq2,he take oneday to make a 10 min video ) ,so can someone tell me how cqn i use fraps in windows 98 ? and also is their an another way to make a demo a video ?
