I saw you  sometimes played in Xatrix and damn you still managed to get some great shots as compared to those others playing there. I rarely played railz though but one time I played, man LOL, you can even frag me a lot.  So dont worry.

As someone that probably would have made fun of the name of the syndrome, I  do want to encourage you not to take it personally.

I personally am very inspired that you are a regular here. You're dedicated to the game, you're dedicated to having a good time, and from the games that I've played with you, you're the most patient person that I've ever met. These are all positive character traits. For every negative thing that people may say, you bring 10 positive things to the game and it betters everyone.

Most of them these days have weird fucking names that you'd need an encyclopedia to even know if it was a real name of something or just some crazy word that someone made up and thought it sounded cool. Hitme, let me say I also am impressed by your playing this game and have known for a while that ataxia affects your play. I was on yesterday when the conversation started. The player who saw that you do not look up or down suggested you try using freelook, because he was trying to help you. I asked if that would cause you to experience nausea. I left then as I find the stadium map boring. I assume the jokes started after I left. Keep playing, and as Peewee said, don't take it personally.
