Dunno about that .swf file (I'm not familiar with programming Shockwave Flash Objects) but I do think that if you want a page to load when someone types in a url like "
www.foo.com
" you need to put a file under
www.foo.com
called index.html not default.html.

whether you use home, index, or default (and what kind of extension) is set up in your web server properties. With apache it's inside of a config file, with IIS it's specified in the pooling service.
Most webhosts today look for the following files in a specific preferred order:
index.html
index.htm
default.html
default.htm
index.asp
index.aspx
default.asp
default.aspx
index.php
default.php
I believe it goes html, then asp, then php on most servers. The first one that it finds it uses. You can change it to whatever you want.
As for embedding the swf you seem to have everything in order. I'm not sure what else that you are asking about. You may want to specify <param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"> It probably depends on what version of action script is used. AS1 and AS2 use similar embeds. AS3 uses the new flex engine or whatever and many things are handled differently. AS3 files should be backwards compatible. So if you put "AS2" in front of all of your google searches then whatever parameters that you come up with should work for any swf.
From my understanding the swf has to allow fullscreen as well. So if you try to specify the fullscreen value but the swf doesn't support it then it may cause an issue.

Javascript
Here's a quick and easy primer, though there are likely better ones.

Quake II is not 27 years old. I refuse to accept THAT much time has gone by.

DM server is fucked. 2 point blank rockets from spawn and lava damage and player survived? WTF?" Also someone has fucked with the spawn points, every single time no matter how big the map you spawn right in front of the person who killed you last
