Lookey there! You can barely scrape half a kill in a minute while spawning with a railgun.

Search pretty much any of my aliases and notice that they show a better than 2:1 improvement over you, and then think "hrm maybe he idles on his own server a bit" and realize that while you spent your hours playing, and sucking, I was dicking around and idling and still managed to show more impressive instagib stats.

Why do you need a different model for the female player? Care to cough up a copy of this "legit" replacement?

Odd that... I was under the impression that it shows the correct hash value of the file in question when a failure is found, as per the values in the ac hashlist, like so:

I have checks in place for the stock female model and the male model used as the female model, so any legit one that came with q2 would have worked.

I also have one that blocks any .md3 player models with a blank hash (all zeros) which I instituted after Razor started handing out the only .md3 replacement player models I've ever seen on the net for Q2. (which had spikes)

This would lead me to believe he ran up against my all zeros hash for .md3 models if the reporting convention is consistent.


Edit: For good measure, I just tested it by removing all my player models (removed my brightskin pak and my players folder) and received no file violations for not having the models.

Discussed it with r1ch ... seems there are essentially two possibilities.

Either V!RaL had an .md3 as the female model, or, when you performed your test of removing all the player models you somehow missed the female model still existing in some pak file somewhere.  (Typing "whereis players/female/tris.md2" from the Q2 console should answer that for sure.)

If we can rule out the latter, then I think the former is guaranteed.

Dervish, I connected with completly STOCK q2. Said I had modified shit without ANY paks. Also, You can search for my stats as hydrolist all you want. People knew me as hydrolist, I started tagging up with nosound, Also as col, And several other names. Before Cress, I have no steady record to find.
