Thor: The Dark World. 8/10

Liked it better then the first. I don't want to say it's better then Avengers, but on par with it. Great acting by all, the villain wasn't special but I didn't go to see how smart the bad guy was, I went to see relax and enjoy the movie.

Hunger Games 2: 9/10

Better then the first, too. Good script, good acting. I knew what the premise was and how it would end (read the book) but I still liked what I saw. This series is reminding me of the first Jurassic Park: deviated enough from the book to make it stand on it's own but close enough to say "It's based on the book". Considering the first one came out early last year, I'd expect to see the last movie in late '14 or early '15. imdb says that they're splitting the third book in to two movies (booooooo), but this one is worth seeing.

Stake Land (2010)

8/10

the title seems kinda boring as I first stumble on it.
Not the typical apocalypse + zombie ( vamp as they call it) movie.
Watching the film makes me kinda reminiscence the movie "the Road"

I finally managed to get my hands on the blu ray version of "Blade Runner". Even though I've had a HD monitor since 2010 and a blu ray player since 2008, I haven't watched yet a movie in HD besides at the theaters. I'm gonna watch this classic later tonight.

Prisoners was a great movie. I wish I could have saw it in the theaters. I did though end up seeing The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. I loved the scenery shot in this movie, which was the many reason why I wanted to watch the movie in the first place. 7/10. -1 for Jennifer Aniston looking so old.

Stumbled upon this movie( idk if its an Indy). Was a bit intrigued by the title. At first (for the first 10 minutes)I kinda got bored but later was eventually hooked to find out what happens next.
Spoiler Alert!.. For a flick which stars only 1 actor (Robert Redford), I mean just ONE all through out, its not bad and certainly a must watch!

Robert Redford movies always bore me to tears. I remember taking a girlfriend to see that Spy Game movie he was in back in 2000 or 01. Supposedly it got lots of good reviews. But it was so damned boring that I have no memory at all of what it was even about. Only movie with him in it that I ever liked was Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid.

for some odd reason i watched the ten commandments (yes 3 hours worth) the newer version done in 1997. the one done back in the 50's was way better

I'd hit 'play' intending to probably just revisit the first few scenes, but ended up watching it through to the end.

Not without a few flaws but still engaging and entertaining, even knowing the plot twists ahead of time.

Pacific Rim: 8/10

Fun giant robts & monsters movie. Reminds me of RoboJocks, but with monsters.

Frozen: 9.5/10

I wanted to give it a 10 but I can't say it was perfect, but it was one of the best movies I've seen in years. Better then any "adult" movie I've seen in a long time, that's for sure.

Btw, theres a 2010 (i think) movie with the same title. Idk if i like it or what. If you like some suspense, cliffhanging + survival shit, might be worth watching.

Bad Grandpa - 7/10

Starts off kinda slow and a little boring, but the gags get better as it goes on. I'm amazed that they had the balls to actually make an entire movie out of one single Jackass gag.
