Goldeneye 64 came out in 1997

Maybe I should clarify. I purchased the remake of Goldeneye just released this past month. It plays exactly like COD and nothing like the original. In fact, the word "jump" is in the instructions. Need I say more?

Loaded up Golden Eye: Rogue Agent on the gamecube

Not nearly as good as the original Goldeneye, but it is a pretty decent game. I'm very impressed.

I just got to the end of STALKER: Call of Pripyat with fairly decent endings. I was kinda surprised how much of a feel-good ending it was considering the bleakness of Shadow of Chernobyl. Even if it made me feel dangerously happy, it was really well done. The use of actual photos of the characters really drove home the illusion that they were real people. It even makes you retroactively give more meaning to your interactions with them in-game.
Any other STALKER nuts around?

Also, Super Meat Boy is awesome, though I'm quickly falling behind my peers.
Braid is wonderfully relaxing.

Just beat Fallout: New Vegas a couple different ways. I might start a new playthrough this weekend.
It was just as good as my initial impression led me to believe it would be: Fun all the way thru, believable environment, some decent challenges (other than combat) and lots of options in terms of dialogue and faction loyalty.

I've also just started play ETQW again. Saw Jehar on a server the other night.
Kinda sucks that the official stats are donkey, but at least I can track my exp whoring on splatter ladder.

Yeah Dervish, it was a nice surprise to see you hop on there. It's kinda cool how full the servers stay considering how few there are. Makes the community seem tight-knit at the very least. Pity that it's so small, as I've been having a blast.

Other than that, yeah, Magicka is pretty freaking sweet. I've also been re-bitten by the MtG bug lately.
