^ new shit from KMFDM. Always sounding like a logical continuation of the previous sound, and they're coming with yet another album this month, a mere year + 7 months change later. Some bands take years between records to produce mediocre crap, but KMFDM keeps the sound moving forward each time. Will be a sad day when these get too old to produce hits anymore. But for now...enjoy. :>

Was watching part of the Little Jimmy Dickens funeral shindig on the TV a while ago. I'd bet 99% of you have NO FUCKING IDEA who he was, and you probably shouldn't unless you're from the south or maybe over the age of 60. He was a country music dude who always hosted The Grand Ole Opry. Hell, even way back when Hank Williams Sr. was still alive and still allowed to play the Grand Ole Opry, Little Jimmy was hosting it. He died a few days ago, so a bunch of country music people are all getting together to play and pay tribute to him.

I dunno, just got me thinking about really old classic country songs... like this one! Oh, it's a real hum-dinger. This is the kind of stuff my grandpa used to listen to, and occasionally I do when the mood hits me right. Yeah, it's kinda weird and bad and all that, but it's a southern thing, y'all wouldn't understand.

Still, broaden your horizons, try something new. At the very least, have a good laugh at how awful it is.
