Bleach, you missed out.

The opening band, gabby la la, was completely bizzarre. It was just this little asian woman, who played sitar, ukelele, toy piano, and theramin. She sang about stuff like backpacks and brushing one's teeth. she had all this shit on stage, like balloon animals, suitcases, bubbles, garden gnomes, and stuff. It was frigging bizzarre. The music was nothing special.

Particle was insane. Their songs lasted about a half hour each, and they were intense, you couldn't help but dance. The light show was crazy, and the sound was perfect. If particle ever comes to your town you have to see them. period. The best way to describe a particle song is a half hour long auditory orgasm.

I'm friggin beat from the machine show last night, so that's all I'm gonna type.

It's gonna take me a whole day of laying around napping watching tv and smoking weed to recover from the last 2 days.

I expected great things when i first heard of particle. There studio album is really sweet. But thats its.. there only masters in the studio. I saw em live at 10,000 lakes music festival in minnasota and at summercamp music festival in southern IL. They sucked ass both times. Maybe its because i didnt see a night show. If you like electronica/rock type shit check out  Sound Tribe Sector 9. There in that same scene of drugs/hippie/dancing type shit. Go download   STS9-Tokyo
