I'm working up an override for colour with better spawns.
We should be good to go pretty soon here.

I just finished the override for colour to add up to about 24 spawns, and I stuffed the pads into the floor enough that they're invisible to minimize the ol' camp the pad routine.

I'm going to shoot for the weekend of May 7th/8th for the date.

Server will be IRTDM2, although I need to work up a fresh config and get it running on there (it's currently tdm on irtdm2)

This time, I'm going to start players with railgun, 100 slugs, blaster and 3 nades, and infinite ammo off.

If you can spam those 3 nades out before you die, or fire your full complement of 100 slugs, more power to you.
Historically speaking, it takes so long to switch from the initial RG to nades and cook one, that you'll probably be dead long before you throw your second nade in one of these events.

I also didn't put any of the spawns in advantageous nade spamming locations, so you'll have to fight your way to one, before it will net you kills to blindly fling pills.

Yesterday I loaded up the config on IRTDM2 so people can get used to colour and the weapon loadout and server settings..

Try it out and let me know if you find any bad spawns.

Ok it's official, here's the vital information:

server: 74.86.171.204:27911

map: colour.bsp with a shit ton of spawns

player limit: 46
spec limit: 8
frag limit: 500
time limit: 2 hours

anticheat: not required unless you have it forced.
bad files: set to report bad files instead of kick.

Hopefully all goes well. Due to the date/time we may see a lower population on the server for this one.
Someone go poke vigi with a stick and let's get this party started.
