on her server or quadz servers?   Quadz rules only apply to the servers he runs.  I've seen complaints about her running her server in to the ground, not quadz.

xrazy has never been in tastyspleen zone, ever.  The whole point of the independent zone is to provide a clear indication that you are playing outside tastyspleen jurisdiction, as it were.

Arm0r, if you really didn't do anything to get kicked then I would have no doubts siding with you on that, but as quadz has pointed out you are well known for pouring gas onto fires. I really do want to find out what happened on both sides since it's been brought to my attention that the side that I have taken is the wrong one. Spawn reminds me alot of how I acted at one time so that's why i have always tried to help her, but the damage has long since been done and now there really is no help for her.

However, resurrecting this whole mess is not going to make it better and both parties should understand that. give it a rest.

Xtyfe, you really don't understand exactly how she is. When she first showed up around the servers, I recruited her into EoM. She seemed pretty easy to get along with and friendly at the time which is why I chose to ask her to join. After she joined, she wanted to team-play on FFA servers just like CRU used to do. I informed her that such assholery in FREE-FOR-ALL (which is NOT a team based game) was not a regular practice of traditional clans. Not even 3 days later, Spawngirl, Processor and I were on the vanilla server playing. Just for fun, all 3 of us made a point not to shoot one another. There was really no agreement that we would play that way discussed beforehand, it just kinda happened. It was the ONE AND ONLY TIME during my tenure in EoM that we ever played like that. Around the time I accumulated maybe 24 or 25 frags, I said fuck it and started shooting everything that moved, inculding Processor and Spawngirl. I wanted to get the frag limit and end the map already rather than letting someone else NOT in EoM do it. She got all pissed because I shot her. She left EoM, then hopped on her instant messenger with [EoM]Shogun and started badmouthing me, calling me an asshole and everything else you can imagine. Not only that, she got back on the servers and started telling everyone else what an asshole I was because I shot her. That's just how she is. She's a fucking female. She wants everything her way, and if she doesn't get everything her way, she pitches a temper fit and thinks she's totally justified for whatever she does. I was probably the first person to ever have a problem with her. This same kind of misinterpreted and mishandled bullshit has gone on ever since with probably 50% or more of the people she's ever played with regularly. This shit has gone on so long and we've all grown so accustomed to it that OBVIOUSLY no one can really pinpoint any exact details about it. You always remember the exact date and circumstances about good events. You remember the date and circumstances surrounding bad events too. But when nothing but bullshit bad events occur, it all blurs together and you end up saying, "Oh well, life sucks, and it always has, so at least I know what to expect tomorrow."

Hi X'tyfe. Fuck Focalor, but he's right when he says it's about the way she is. She obviously thinks she is always right and it's always everyone else's fault - which makes it kinda hard for her to take responsibility for her own actions. I don't really think she's even aware of what she's doing.

Let me tell you something about the way she introduced herself to me: Some time ago, I returned to playing Quake after a long time of absence; at that time Spawnee was a member of CRU. One or two threads on our forums indicated that there had been some bickering going on between her and one or two other members, but it didn't seem too serious and things seemed to have settled again at that time. Altogether, everything seemed fine; Spawnee kept posting pics and screenshots of her and her "first victories for CRU", and everything seemed pretty relaxed. I didn't know her, but she seemed like a nice, although pretty young lass to me.   
On the servers, she appeared to be very unpredictable, though. The few times I played with her, I had to guess whether she was into co-op or not; she kept shooting at most of our team skins, wasn't wearing one herself, but would get angry and ragequit very quick if you kept shooting her by accident.
But that was kinda alright with me, since we don't take teaming or camping too serious, but play for fun.

What left me unbelieving and got me all upset was what we found out after some asshole showed up on our forums, posting dirty derogatory stuff about Spawnee. Some members immediately stepped up and protected her, finally closing the forum for the public, which got one of us in the line of fire himself (the asshole I was talking about later started to spam personal info and nasty shit 'bout that member via invite! from the independent zone servers, until he was completely muted).
And the member I was talking about (not me, but a good friend of mine) did that for nothing. Because at that time, Spawnee already seemed to have quit CRU for whatever reason, without even bothering telling anyone. Which we "found out" after we repeatedly got no reply on our "Hi Spawnee" when meeting her on the servers. Instead she started calling each and every CRU clan member "assholes" and "coward campers" on the servers. We still don't know what might have been the reason for this behaviour. She just switched from "friendly" to "hostile" - does she even know why? The vast majority of CRU didn't do anything to her - even more: accepted her, loved her and tried to protect her.

At first we believed in a misunderstanding, although we saw the immaturity she was showing on her part... But during the following months, I've only seen her acting like shit on vanilla. She made herself look like a true shit disturber by starting arguments with each and everyone, mostly for no reason at all, and mostly cussing like crazy. I think when she attacked the fourth or fifth of my (non-CRU) friends without any reason (many of them very nice people who never started bs with anyone), while it looked like she was making friends with exactly that (aliasing) asshole we banned from our forums for posting derogatory shit about her, I decided to just make fun of this "kid's mind in the body of a woman".
So after what I've seen, from my point of view, it's not only because she can't speak English properly (which, in some way, is still kinda cute and lovable). It's because she does whatever she pleases, only following her moods without any visible self-control. It's because she's acting disrespectful while claiming respect for herself. It's because she's completely denying responsibility for her actions while she wants others to take responsibility for their actions. It's because she seems to think her truth is "the one and only" truth which everyone has to accept and to agree on.
Her view seems to be black and white - but her "black and white" is not predictable, tends to change at will.

But yeah.  I'm pretty sure I'm willing to extend this offer to anyone in the quake universe.  If you can show me 50 to 100 map overrides you've created for mod "X" that are maps that have never existed in that mod before, and it's obvious to the admins that some real creativity and thought went into the overrides, then yes: I will happily host your server and waive the rental fees.  This offer would apply to quakeworld, q2, q3, q4, warsow, etc.

This may not be the thread to bring this up in, but maybe a Le Ray + Marics only maps server might be a good idea. Thoughts?

Kinda funny that she left EoM because we didn't team camp like you bunch of daisy chaining butt-fuckers... and then she leaves you bunch of retards too because of... because of... well, because of nothing, because that's just what she does. Oh but Xtyfe, obviously it's not her fault. We all had a meeting beforehand and decided to piss her off for the hell of it. She starts clan XZ, gains a decent sized roster, then when someone pisses in her cheerios she decides to rip down her homepage, rip down the XZ forums, and essentially disband the clan without any input whatsoever from any of her members. She seems totally reasonable though, right?

I keep discovering that there are "new rules" which no one has been informed of in any kind of official capacity. No nazi symbols for any reason, no using the hip-hop culture "N-word-ending-in-an-A", no insults referring to same-sex lifestyles, no using the insult "kill yourself"...

It'd be nice to know what the rules really are well in advance of having administrative action taken against us for breaking them.

The majority of both of their posts violated discords terms of service, if you're looking for rules you'll find all sorts that they broke today.  There have never been official firm thorough TS rules that people are informed of in an official capacity.  It's always been the judgment of whatever admin was currently on, or Quadz judgment.  It allows us to be much more forgiving and give second chances, or consider the whole situation / past experiences / previous warnings when making decisions.

2. Flaming, Trolling, and Smack Talk.  There are currently two boards that are set aside for those who enjoy haranguing one another with caustic verbiage.  Flaming, trolling, and smack talk are generally allowed in the Entropy Pool and General Smack Talk boards, with the following caveat.  If a member who has no appreciable history of participating in smack talk or flaming is being trash talked and complains to the moderators, the moderators may remove the offending post or thread if the complaint is not judged to be frivolous.  Outside of the two designated smack talk boards, moderators are encouraged to proactively move or delete rude, trollish, or obnoxious posts to keep the noise level to a minimum on the rest of the boards.

3. How free is free speech here?  Within the limits described above, we generally encourage and foster freedom of speech on the forums.  However we do have a history of disallowing racist speech or hate speech.  Unfortunately this is very hard to define in writing what's OK and what's not.  If someone is showing genuine humor, or is being light and ironic, it might be fine.  If someone is acting like an a$$hole, probably not.

The closest thing to 'official rules'.  Most of the things you're complaining about fall under rule 3.  People have gone to jail for telling others to kill themselves, so its also against laws.  It's most certainly against discords rules.
