Hey i got a big problem with my pc. :exqueezeme:

In the task manager,my system idle process is 100%,which means it pretty much 100% idle,its fine.When i go to start q2,or r1q2,q2 DOES not load,and R1Q2 ends up in my task manager with
nothing else.R1Q2 cpu usage ends up at 100% and system idle goes to 0.how do i fix my quake?????? :help:
Should my quake use less that 50% cpu!!! i kno it should PLEASE help

and also i forgot to mention,all this 100% cpu usage is in the "Processes" tab of task manager,
not the performance tab.thx
