i already did that, but how i participate in a league with my country, when will came one.... i want to know all that stuff

If you're referring to NDML, all the information is stated there on the NDML website in the table on the left. (rules, etc) NDML is a league that all countries in the world participate in, however, SA rarely participates in stuff like this, and NA only does sometimes. You and your teamates would have 230 ping at best, you were in NA's group and also that's if we were actually in it as well.

My advice is to sign up for NADML, it's a 4v4 league for North America, in which you and your teamates will have better pings. You register www.q2scene.net/nadml, this should be starting within a month, i hope.

thx but doesnt matter ping, only we want to play with countries and also, other countries came to chile to play too. ping its around 170 - 230,  but will be fair if CHILE VS USA plays in brazil servers  (same ping i think)
