i don't know about q4... but tastyspleen has a custom map railz server and the rail is set at normal reload time... er... whatever you call it... same timing as dm

No inside info... but there are a couple of trailers floating aroun, they've been posted on the forums but if you havent seen them it would probably be faster to google it. I heard Q4 was gonna be at qcon... cant remeber whether it will be playable or not.

Q4's gonna be quite something..
rail slugs that deflect off walls, possibly bullet time (last time i heard), team-based play in single player missions, drivable vehicles. Damn!  thats gonna be weird

quite true! but its always good to hope. but then you get dissapointed anyway coz you expected too much! thats why people feel Doom3 was a dissapointment - they hoped for too much.
