Alright.  Well - who knows, maybe someone you were rude to will decide to forgive you and help you the rest of the way.  Or maybe they won't.

In the meantime, you might want to take a look at that "Forwarding" button in the advanced menu.  Maybe Google for "port forwarding" and read about it.

Ive been in his shoes..  as far as the port forwarding goes

had everything set up just fine,  still no-one could connect.

Eventually the only solution I came up with was putting
the server PC in a DMZ.

Either that or completely doing away with the router and
just connecting right to the modem.

Click on your routers model/brand. Hope this helps, although It appears your almost there anyways.
